On “The Rubin Report” this week, the host, Dave Rubin, shared a video clip of Martha Raddatz from ABC News. She was attempting to convince the American public that GOP rhetoric from leaders like former President Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and Texas Governor Greg Abbott is to blame for the chaos at the southern border.

Let that sink in…they are to blame, not the weak Biden Administration.

On ABC’s “This Week,” Raddatz said to Gov. Abbott, “You talk about the border wall. You talk about open borders. I don’t think I’ve ever heard President Biden say, ‘We have an open border, come on over.’ But the people I have heard said it are you, or former President Trump, or Ron DeSantis.”

She went further saying that it’s this message that reverberates in Mexico and other countries. She said people in these countries get the message that it is an open border and then smugglers use that kind of rhetoric.

Abbott replied that it has been known from the time that Joe Biden got elected that he supported open borders. He went further saying that it was also known by the cartels through their sophisticated systems of information whether the Biden Administration was going to enforce immigration laws. And it said that it was known across the world most important by the cartels.

Raddatz persisted despite Abbott’s response by asking how he plays into it and what he could do better.

“We have every level of government doing everything we can to prevent people from coming into the country illegally, or repelling them, or arresting them and putting them behind bars,” Abbott stated.

What a twisted way to do an interview. She blamed the people that are calling the president out for his open border policies for people coming through the open borders!

Way to flip the narrative, Martha.
