Trump Declares Our ‘Final Battle’ at Hand

Like any election, our votes for 2024 are essentially fighting for the nation’s future. And according to former President Donald Trump, this may be our ‘final battle.’

To be sure, he doesn’t mean the final election but our final push to end the deep state and save America from the hell-bound direction it’s currently set for.

As it stands now, our nation seems to be on a collision course, running into whatever trouble we can get ourselves into. Thanks to liberal mindsets and progressive agendas, inflation is through the roof, the housing market is in the dump, and the dollar is in severe decline. And don’t even get me started on how dependent we are on foreign nations to supply our energy needs rather than harvesting and using our own resources.

We also have a border that is absolutely bursting at the seams. Thousands of illegal immigrants come wandering through every single day in some areas. Naturally, that has increased crime, homelessness, and drug use and overwhelmed our resources, both at the local and federal levels.

Our military is in decline, our schools are a complete wreck, and children are being assaulted on various fronts and told their parents aren’t in charge.

As I said, we’re headed straight to hell in a handbasket – delivered by the political left.

Thankfully, we have those like Trump, those who are willing and able to stand up to the constant assault of the progressive agenda.

During a Wednesday campaign event in Dubuque, Iowa, Trump said, “We are a failing nation. We are a nation in decline.” However, that doesn’t mean that we can’t turn things around.

“2024 is our final battle. With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state. We will expel the warmongers from our government. They want to go to war with everybody.”

He added, “We will defeat crooked Joe Biden, and we will end illegal immigration once and for all, just as we had it three years ago.”

We also have an American public who can’t help but blame Biden and his cronies for all that I mentioned above, so much so that it’s hard to imagine any real scenario where the political right doesn’t wrest control of the White House from the left’s failing hands.

And current polling numbers seem to confirm those suspicions and dreams.

According to RealClearPolitics, Trump has a 1.6 percent lead over Biden in a would-be general election. And the Washington Post-ABC News survey gives him an even higher win, beating Biden by a whopping ten percentage points. Of course, that’s all assuming Trump becomes the Republican nominee.

Again, it’s not hard to imagine that not happening at this point. He’s by far the leader of the GOP field, up by some 40 points or more when compared to most contenders.

To Trump and the rest of us, 2024 might be the biggest election of our lifetime, “a victory for the ages,” as the 45th president calls it.

He admits that he used to think of 2016 in the same way. And to be sure, it was historical and the biggest election and victory most of us had seen.

But thanks to Biden’s election in 2020 and the misery he’s put us through since, there’s no question that 2024 is altogether more important. If we can’t turn the direction America is headed around, we may very soon arrive at what we could call a point of no return, where it doesn’t matter who’s leading us or what the people want any longer.

We can’t let it get there. So we have to win today.

As Trump told a crowd in Maquoketa, Iowa, earlier on Wednesday, “We are going to make this country stronger and better and more beautiful than ever before. Not just get it back, we’re going to make it better than ever before, but we have to win this election.”

We have to. Or this could be the end. As Trump says, it’s our final battle.
