One of the most persistent lies of the short and doomed Kamala Harris campaign for president was that Donald Trump plans to sign a national abortion ban. Millions of gullible liberal women fell for this lie. They believe it so fiercely that some are now having themselves medically sterilized because they think Trump is going to ban all abortions. Newsweek talked to multiple liberal women who have either already had the procedures performed, or who have already scheduled procedures to have their tubes tied.
Abortion was the only subject that Kamala Harris was consistent on throughout the campaign. She wants all abortions to happen no matter what, all the time. She repeatedly made the false claim that Donald Trump supports a national abortion ban. Joy Reid on MSNBC made the situation even worse by calling Trump voters a “forced birthing movement.”
Shocking numbers of liberal women believe this to be true. They think that America is about to be turned into The Handmaid’s Tale. Because they’re firmly convinced that they won’t be able to abort their babies starting in January, they’re taking drastic action.
Newsweek talked to five women after the election who are terrified because of Kamala Harris’s lies. One was a 39-year-old woman from Washington state. She was so scared that she scheduled a procedure to have both her fallopian tubes removed the day after the election. If Kamala Harris had won, her plan was to cancel the procedure.
She told Newsweek that she’s unhappy that she had to get a procedure she didn’t want because of the election. She claims she was forced to be sterilized by Donald Trump’s victory. She also claims that Trump and his cabinet nominees view all women as incubators and possessions to be subjugated.
A 28-year-old woman from Texas told Newsweek that she’s scheduled a procedure because she’d rather be safe than sorry. She says she’s very worried because Christian nationalists—whatever those are—will be running the country for the next four years. Likewise, a 24-year-old woman in Georgia told the outlet that she feels like sterilization is now her only option under the looming threat of a Trump presidency.
A 36-year-old woman from Kentucky is firmly convinced that she will be raped, impregnated, and forced by Donald Trump to carry the baby to term. She’s scheduled a procedure to have herself sterilized as well. She says she refuses to be denied healthcare just because she has a uterus.
A 25-year-old woman from Florida is also concerned that a random man will rape her and destroy her life. She says she views pregnancy as a worse option than death, so she’s signed up for a sterilization procedure.
The irony of these views is that women in America will be much less likely to be sexually assaulted once incoming Border Czar Tom Homan completes his mission!
The Newsweek report is a fascinating look at the state of mental illness in modern liberals. Lots of people think that they don’t want children and then change their minds as they get older. How are these women going to feel four years from now after they’ve surgically altered their bodies because Kamala Harris lied to them?
