According to the political left, former President Donald Trump is no good for America or the world. They also insist that Joe Biden is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
So how has Trump proved he knows better than Biden on what America needs and how foreign policy works in reality?
If you haven’t heard, Iranian-funded Hamas used 3,500 rockets and an army to attack Israel recently, resulting in at least 250 deaths and over 1,500 injuries to Israeli civilians and soldiers alike, the Associated Press reported.
It is noted that this comes mere weeks after President Biden made a heck of a deal with Iran, offering the violent and terrorist-prone regime a whopping $6 billion in released assets along with five Iranian prisoners. All so Biden could get five of our own prisoners back from Iran.
Now, I am not suggesting that those American lives weren’t worth it somehow.
However, almost everyone, including Trump, told Biden it was a bad trade and advised against it.
At the time, Trump immediately took to his Truth Social account, blasting Biden for giving the Iranians money that will “be used for terrorism all over the Middle East, and, indeed, the World.”
As the former president said, “To pay for hostages will lead to kidnapping, ransom, and blackmail against Americans across the globe. I freed many dozens of our people from various unfriendly countries and never paid a dime!”
Of course, Biden did it anyway. And now, with an extra $6 billion in its coffers, Iran just promoted and funded an all-out attack on one of our allies.
Naturally, Biden and his cronies are making excuses, saying that they stipulated that those funds would only be used for humanitarian purposes, as their deal stated. Yes, but as multiple experts and Trump pointed out, Iran doesn’t exactly have a reputation for honesty or keeping to their word.
And that was proved just days after Iran got the money from Biden when they said they would use it however they wanted.
So tell me, in this instance alone, who is better for America: Trump or Biden?
