The censorship of conservatives on the internet is about to become much worse if Joe Biden’s latest goal for “misinformation” comes to fruition. According to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), Biden has been spending American taxpayer dollars to develop Artificial Intelligence that will be used to shut down conservative speech online. Biden is giving taxpayer money to ultra-leftwing academic institutions to develop hostile technology that will shut us up.
Biden is sending taxpayer money to these academic institutes through grants from the National Sciences Foundation (NSF). The grants are under a program called “Trust & Authenticity in Communication Systems,” which is deliberately vague and sinister sounding if you’ve been paying attention.
Under the Trust and Authenticity heading, there is a program called ‘Track F’ that is being financed. Track F is working to create an AI system that will identify people who have been tricked by “misinformation” and create tools to “reeducate” them. The program is vague on how it’s planning to “reeducate” people, but given the history of every previous communist regime, we’re guessing that it’s going to involve “camps” of some sort.
It’s also true that the government defines “misinformation” as any opinion or factual information that disagrees with Democrat Party orthodoxy. In other words, the development of this AI is a direct threat to your First Amendment right to freedom of speech.
One of the researchers from MIT informed the National Sciences Foundation that “broad swaths of the public cannot effectively sort truth from fiction online.”
Gosh, who do you suppose this leftwing professor believes are the dumb people who cannot sort facts from misinformation on the internet?
The researcher answered that question too. He says that “military veterans, older adults, military families” and people who live in “rural and indigenous communities” are knuckle-dragging mouth breathers who are so stupid that they fall for internet hoaxes. Those hicks are so dumb that they don’t think you can chop a little boy’s penis off and magically turn him into a girl!
They’ve been “misinformed,” according to the Democrat Party.
In plain English, they are targeting the censorship that Track F will impose on the internet specifically in communities that are much more likely to support Donald Trump and conservative politicians.
How will this AI work?
A researcher at the University of Michigan who received millions of dollars for this program gives us a clue. “Content moderation” at social media companies (other than Twitter/X) is currently carried out by pansexual Skittles-haired weirdoes with nose rings in Silicon Valley. That can be hit or miss, and sometimes conservative-leaning news or information will slip through the cracks, and people will find out about it. But if “content moderation” is put under the control of the federal government through the AI being developed by Track F, those “mistakes” will be a thing of the past. No conservative-leaning news or opinion will be available to the public on social media, which is effectively now the public square in America.
In its pitch to the NSF, the University of Michigan researcher actually said, “Our misinformation service helps policymakers at platforms who want to… push responsibility for difficult judgments to someone outside the company… by externalizing the difficult responsibility of censorship.”
That’s a startling bit of honesty! At least he admits that the goal here is censorship. The Biden regime will only tell the American people that it’s trying to “protect” us—as if anyone other than politicians is harmed by facts and countering opinions.
Sunlight is a good disinfectant for this stuff, but if congressional Republicans don’t shut down Track F immediately, the censorship of conservatives online is about to be taken to the next level.
