Nikki Haley Keeps Soaring in the Polls

There’s a lot that’s been happening within the GOP primary candidates. Many are realizing that Donald Trump is simply too popular, and they’re not going to risk losing to him.

As such, we’ve seen both Larry Elder and Mike Pence pull out of the race.

Here’s the thing, though. Nikki Haley isn’t planning on pulling out. She wants to see it through to the very end, and she’s being rewarded within the polls.

In a recent Des Moines Register/NBC News/Mediacom Iowa Poll, she’s holding 16% of the vote. That’s an impressive number. Of course, DeSantis has the same support. Trump is still in the lead with a whopping 43% of the support.

There are quite a few people calling for Trump to stand down. If he were to drop out at the last minute, the support could all fall to Nikki Haley – especially if he were to endorse her. That’s who he would endorse – you don’t think he’d actually endorse DeSantis, do you?

Now, most people don’t anticipate Trump standing down. However, it is possible given his age, his legal squabbles, and even the fact that Melania isn’t too keen on heading back into the White House.

Larry Elder threw his support behind Trump after dropping out.

Mike Pence has not offered an endorsement of any of the presidential candidates yet. Trump is arrogant enough to say, “I don’t know about Mike Pence. He should endorse me. You know why? Because I had a great, successful presidency and he was the vice president.”

We don’t know how things will play out. We are hoping that Pence throws his support behind Haley. Who knows – there’s a possibility that she could win, and she won’t know if she can win or not unless she sticks with her campaign until the very end.
